For this challenge you needed to use only 1 piece of patterned paper so I chose a piece from Dovecraft Retro Floral Prints paper pack. The image I used is Daisy which I had sent to me by my friend Wynneth over on the Papercraft Community site. I coloured her in with my distressed inks, cut her out using my small label Nestabilities and mounted her onto plain pink cardstock from my stash with sticky pads. I used pink ribbon from my stash and the flowers were free with a craft magazine.
I decided to use Melinda blowing Kisses for this challenge and coloured her in using distressed inks. The pink backing paper is from K & Co recycled berry pinks mat pad and the other 2 backing papers are from the Laura Ashley contemporary paper pack. I used 2 flowers from Prima Daisy Crazy Collection Lily. The button is from my stash.

The red paper doily is usually used in cake making from Wilton. I cut out a dark pink heart with my scalloped nestabilities and embossed it with Sissix Texturz heart which I mounted using foam pads. I used pink heart gems from Club Green.

Thought I would post a picture taken today of my snowy backgarden. Luckily not as much snow as the southeast of the country but still enough to make me stay indoors! My 4 year old daughter is dying to get out but I keep telling her its too cold plus its still snowing so maybe if it has stopped tomorrow I will see about it.
I borrowed a stamped image of a SugarNellie stamp called Daisy of my friend Wynneth on the Papercraft Planet Community group and coloured her in using distressed ink. The backing papers I used are Papermania Creative Tones Amethyst Infusion. Ribbon and gems are from my stash and the sentiment is from Hero Arts Fancy Friends Clear Stamp collection.
