Yet another great sketch to follow over on sketch and stash this fortnight. My 5 year old daughter has been invited to her ballet friend's birthday party on Saturday so thought this image fitted quite well.
I decided to use my newest stamp from Pink Gem Designs which I bought a while back and this is the first time I have used her! I then cut her out with my Labels Eight Nestability. I have used cardstock from Stampin' Up called Pink Passion and neglected 12x12 scrapbook paper from The Paper Company Studio called Flower Argyle. For the flower trim I used my brand new Martha Stewart Flower Shower punch which I bought from the NEC craft show. Sentiment is from Personal Impressions and the flowers I had given to me from my friend Wynneth from her travels to Las Vegas last year made by Prima called Daisy Dreams Apple.

I really loved the sketch over on Just Magnolia this week so had to give it a go! I used one of my new Magnolia stamps (sorry don't know her name!) which I purchased at the NEC Hobbycraft show last Saturday, coloured her in with copics and cut out with my Labels Eight Nestability.
The cream backing card is Bazzill cardstock and the dp is from Papermania Rose Garden which has to one of my favourite paper packs at the moment. The sentiment was also purchased from the Magnolia stand. I have dusted chalk around the image and sentiment in pink but as its so light you can hardly see it! The ribbon is from Stampin Up, roses are wildorchidcrafts and the chandalier garland is also Magnolia from craftsulove.

What a fantastic time I had at the NEC Hobbycraft show on Saturday. I was there for when it opened so could see most the stands before it got busy. I met up with 2 of my lovely crafting friends Lynn and Wynneth who typically were spending on the Magnolia stand lol!
I didn't buy as much stash as usual as I didn't think there was much new stuff on sale but did take advantage of buying stash I knew otherwise would incur postage if I ordered online! I can't wait to ink up my new stamps and also use the dp I bought.
Anyway I'd better start saving for the next show in November which when I definately tend to spend more!!
